Municipal Calendar

Assessor

April 1: All new applications for veteran's tax exemption must be filed on or before this date to be considered for this exemption.

April 1: New Homestead Exemptions must be filed on or before this date.

July 1: All taxes on real estate and personal property are due and payable on this date. Farm tractors and aircraft must be excised by this date. If not they will be considered personal property for taxation as such.

City Clerk

Dog licenses are due in January of each year.
Late fees instituted after January 31 of $15.00 and warrant fee of $25.00 after April 1. Rubbish hauler licenses and Taxi Cab licenses are due on May 1.

Planning and Code Enforcement

Planning Board meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM.
Board of Appeals meets on a need be basis.

Caribou Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Meets the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM.

City Council

Meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM.

School Board

Meets the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.
