VITAL RECORDS
- Vital records on file in the Caribou City office include those from 1892 to present day.
- Certified copies of vital records are $15.00 each and $6.00 for additional copies of the same record.
- Copies of birth records can be obtained from the community where the parents reside at the time of the birth or the place where the birth occurred. The form is available by clicking Application for a Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate
- Copies of death records are available at the place of death or where the deceased lived. The form is available by clicking Application for a Certified Copy of a Death Record
- Copies of marriage records can be obtained from the community that issued the license. The form is available by clicking Application for a Certified Copy of a Marriage Record
