The Caribou Planning Board has rescheduled their regular monthly meeting in February to Thursday, February 17th @ 5:30 pm in City Council Chambers.
The City of Caribou (City) is soliciting proposals for upgrading the Siding on the Caribou Wellness Center building, located at 55 Bennett Drive. The current cement board siding needs to be removed, and new metal siding is to be installed. Please see complete RFP below.
Anyone interested in becoming an election worker for Municipal, State, and Federal elections held in Caribou may apply with the City Clerk at the Caribou Municipal Building at 25 High Street. Election workers must be registered voters in Aroostook County, Maine and enrolled in one of the major or minor qualified parties. Election workers are appointed for two years. All names must be submitted to the City Clerk no later than 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 22nd for possible consideration.

The City of Caribou is seeking proposals from qualified assessment firms/individuals to provide annual assessment services for the City of Caribou, Maine, (hereafter, referred to as “City”) located in Aroostook County, for the 2022 assessment rolls. The City is seeking a firm/individual to serve as its assessor’s agent. To register your dog(s) you can visit the City Clerk’s Office during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please bring the current State of Maine rabies certificate and proof of spaying/neutering.
The cost for registration is $6.00 for spayed/neutered dogs. $11.00 per year for dogs not spayed/neutered. Late fees begin February 1st and is $25.00 per dog.
