Visit Caribou, Maine!

Caribou is home to four seasons of fun things to do! Festivals, fairs, athletic activities, and outdoor adventures await you here!

Caribou Historical Center & Museum

Containing over 10,000 artifacts representing Caribou’s early history of family life, medicine, education, business, and farming, the Center is open to visitors on Saturdays from 12 noon to 4 pm. Appointments to visit outside of normal business hours are welcome at least 2 weeks in advance.

Mémére’s Designs

Ready-to-paint ceramics and other Maine-made, hand-crafted items and custom gifts for sale. Ceramic and crafting classes are also offered.

Thursdays on Sweden

Caribou’s community festival and concert series happening every other Thursday during the summer months downtown on Sweden Street from 6 to 9PM. Music, food, vendors and lots of fun for the entire family! 2023 dates have been announced and vendors can register through the link provided.

Caribou Arts & Crafts Fair

The 2023 Arts & Crafts Fair will be held at Caribou High School on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 from 10am-4pm. Vendors can register using the linked form.

Snowbowl

4 days of winter events and activities hosted by Spud Speedway in Caribou, Maine from March 2nd- March 5th, 2023. The first annual event will feature snowman contests, SnoCross racing, a Sledabration, a Snowmobile Poker Run, and so much more!

Northern Maine Center of Speed: Outdoor race track featuring car racing events and more!

Goughan’s Berry Farm

Year-round family fun capturing the agricultural tradition of Aroostook County. Corn maze, strawberry & pumpkin picking, ice cream, greenhouse, mini golf, and more.
