Homeowners requiring legal assistance or who are facing imminent loss of their home may be provided with assistance by two legal aid organizations, Pine Tree Legal Assistance, and Legal Services for the Elderly, under contracts with the bureau.

Trouble Paying Utilities? Financial Assistance is Available for Qualifying Older Tenants!

The ACAP Team can help you apply for benefits that are paid directly to the landlord and/or utility company and will not be counted as income against the household.
