The City of Caribou is currently accepting public comments on the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) for the abatement and demolition of the former Caribou Power Steam Plant located at 142 Lower Lyndon Street.
This document outlines the proposed cleanup and demolition approach for the site — an important step as the City continues planning for the future redevelopment of the riverfront area.

Residents are encouraged to review the ABCA and submit comments in writing to Penny Thompson via email.
