DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING ABSENTEE BALLOTS
Anyone who needs to request an absentee ballot for the June 9,2026 Elections must do so no later than Thursday, June 4, 2026, by 4:30 p.m.
Absentee ballots can only be issued after this date due to extenuating circumstances (such as in-patients at a hospital). If you would like to cast your vote by absentee ballot for this election, you must contact the City Clerk’s Office no later than June 4, 2026. Ballots can be mailed or you, picked up by an immediate family member or voted in person.
In addition to the regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, the office of the Registrar of Voters will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday June 4, 2026, in the municipal building at 25 High Street, Caribou, Maine for the purpose of registering voters and updating the voter lists.
